The Warm-Up is a free, narrated intro course that helps you get clear on NIL, athlete branding, and modern representation, before the contracts, the sponsors, or the spotlight.

Since 2021, athletes at the high school, college, and professional levels have been allowed to legally earn money through their name, image, and likeness (NIL). That means brand deals, endorsements, merch, appearances, and content are all on the table, but only if the athlete knows how to stand out and stand for something.
